Room For Rent Available for One Respectful person. This room will be furnished prior to move in with a brand new queen bed, a chest cabinet, a small refrigerator/freezer, and privacy curtains. Rent will include all utilities, WiFi, Netflix and access to the community pool! All common living areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry machines) will be shared. The home has a brand new water softener system and nice patio area with a pergola. Unfortunately, no pets will be allowed. Visitors can only visit with owners consent and presence. Visitors must also leave by 10 pm unless the owner grants an exception. Owner asks that no smoking, vaping or littering occur anywhere on the property. No loud music will be played at any time. Garage parking space may be rented for an additional cost of $100 per month.
