I want you to get the full value of your home in the shortest amount of time.  If you home is not priced correctly, it will accumulate days on market and in turn prospective buyers will offer far less that what your home is actually worth.  I will review comparable properties with you in your neighborhood that have sold and those that are currently on the market to determine the best list price for your home.

Web Presence

With over 90% of buyers who start their home search on the internet, a web presence is essential.  I have many social media platforms that I will use to promote your home.  In addition, not only will your home be listed in the Multiple Listing Service, but also on many other internet sites where buyers frequently search for homes.

Staging

When I meet with you, we will go through your home to see if any needed repairs or any cosmetic work need to be done.  I will offer you suggestions on how to stage your home or if necessary I have a professional stager that I can recommend.

Professional Photographer

First impressions are everything which is why I employ a professional photographer to take quality photos of your home which will be displayed on my social media platforms, the Multiple Listing Service and other internet sites where prospective buyers can see your home.

Service the Listing

Communication is essential.  I will keep you updated regularly with feedback from prospective buyers who see your home and answer an questions they may have.  I will hold a Broker's Open House so that other agents can view your home for any prospective buyers they have as well as a Public Open House.  In addition, I will send out flyers to your neighbors who may know of someone wanting to buy in the neighborhood.
