Upon approaching the one-year anniversary of moving into our
new home, we wanted to thank Stephen for all the time he spent searching for
the perfect house for us. In all of our moves over the years, never were we
made to feel as if we were the only client of a Real Estate Agent as we did
with Stephen. He listened to our "wants" and "don't wants".
While looking at homes Stephen was with us observing our reactions to what we
saw and commented on, then after seeing the house Stephen asked us what we
liked and didn't like about the house. After we felt that Stephen had a handle
on what we wanted in a house and a neighborhood, we were very comfortable with
having Stephen show us just the houses he thought would interest us. In the end,
Stephen found us a home that we are extremely happy with in a great
neighborhood. Over the course of finding our home and even now, Stephen
continues to be an excellent source of information for whatever questions we have.
